The Hidden Lodge website is a private guild site for members of The Hidden Lodge, a World of Warcraft guild. We take your privacy seriously and collect only the minimum data necessary to run the site.

What We Collect

We store only data directly related to your World of Warcraft characters and guild activity, including:

  • Your Battle.net BattleTag (used to identify your account)
  • Character names, realms, classes, and specs
  • Guild rank and membership status
  • Raid signup and attendance information

This data is obtained through the official Battle.net OAuth login and the World of Warcraft Game Data and Profile APIs provided by Blizzard Entertainment.

What We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or process any personal information, including:

  • Real names
  • Email addresses
  • Physical addresses
  • Payment information
  • IP addresses or device identifiers
  • Browsing behavior or analytics

How We Use Your Data

Your character data is used solely to display guild rosters, manage raid signups, and provide members with access to guild-specific pages on this site. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any advertising or third-party purposes.

Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as you are an active member of The Hidden Lodge. If you would like your data removed, please contact a guild officer and we will delete your account and associated character data.

Third-Party Services

This site integrates with the following third-party services to display guild and character information:

  • Blizzard Entertainment — Login is handled through Battle.net OAuth and character data is retrieved via the WoW Game Data and Profile APIs. Subject to Blizzard's Privacy Policy.
  • Warcraft Logs — Raid performance and log data is retrieved from the Warcraft Logs API. Subject to Warcraft Logs' Privacy Policy.
  • Raider.IO — Mythic+ scores and character rankings are retrieved from the Raider.IO API. Subject to Raider.IO's Privacy Policy.

We do not control what data these services collect independently.
